When calling to start UCI ranking shoult take into account, then the actual complex hungarian hierarchy. The competitiors not ranked will be called by lot. On the seasons first cup competition the last seasons first 10 rated competitiors must be called, the others will be called by the order of the entry.
The competitor who is absent when calling, starts from the last place of the category.
